I hope you are all having a good week….haven’t had to dash back from abroad and haven’t had to cancel your family plans!

Well, earlier this month, I had the pleasure of creating, cooking and delivering a lovely dining experience for two……… a couple who couldn’t make their family reunion and 80th Birthday celebration.

Alice contacted me from her home in France to try and organise something special for her parents and especially her Mum’s 80th Birthday. Well, thanks to ‘Zoom’ and a delivered dinner plus a good bottle of Sancerre, her Mum and Dad did manage to have a great birthday at their home in the UK (not quite the same but lots of love went into it!)

And here’s my review;

“EXCELLENT FOOD FROM A FRIENDLY CHEF WHO WENT THE EXTRA MILE Liz was wonderful. She took great care to understand what was wanted and was friendly and great fun to work with to create a special occasion meal for my parents who were under lock down. They loved the special and delicious food. Liz went the extra mile and come highly recommended …..”

So, there is always a way and hopefully next year, Alice’s Mum and Dad will have their family reunion after all.
