Hello Summer

Hello, whilst I have been melting in my kitchen, I hope you have all enjoyed some of this crazy heat.

Fine Dining with Liz is in full swing, catering for private events, buffets, barbeques and dinner parties…yippee!

I just love a party. Its an absolute pleasure bringing the dining experience to you, your guests, leaving you all with full tummies and special memories.

Hiring a Private Chef......

Dear All,

I hope you have all had a good week, are keeping well and we are all now wearing face masks, using sanitiser and walking down the wrong isles in the super markets….oops!

Its been a busy couple of weeks for me which is fantastic and the nicest thing about my job is meeting the most amazing people.

Its hard work and walking into a strange kitchen with the occasional dodgy oven, the odd pan, can be a challenge…. but the hosts are always very pleased to meet me and allow me to take over the kitchen, rearrange the fridge and create something special for them!

My car is fully loaded and the time I have prepped and cooked the cooler boxes are empty and hopefully, I have done all the washing up!

Its great fun, I meet terrific people, their families, their friends and most importantly their stories which always makes me smile….its not always about the food…its the moment…the storey ….and the memories and when you get a lovely review like this…its all worthwhile.
