Hello Spring!

As daffodils and crocuses are here, hope and love are in the air and what better time to say ‘hello’.

From pre-Covid weddings to delivering Afternoon Teas throughout Covid and now to fully blown dinner parties, weddings, buffets and anything else that I can fit in! I am so pleased and proud of the fact that one person can achieve rather a lot.

Running a business on your own is hard work but it is also rewarding. You meet some amazingly kind people and get the chance to create some delicious dining experiences.

Bringing the dining experience to you is a real buzz! The car is fully loaded and I am not entirely sure what the cooker is like, if I have brought enough pots and pans and have I left anything behind ?? I am so pleased I have a four wheel drive… a) to fit everything in and b) some of these holiday cottages are in the middle of nowhere and up a farm track!

Does it all come together, yes it does, I prepare and make everything in front of my guests….fingers crossed! Good produce, locally sourced…tastes the best.
