Hello December!

I am often asked whether I get nervous cooking in a strange kitchen with a temperamental or a brand new oven???...well, it is a challenge but bringing a private dining experience to you, your friends and family is well worth it and the answer is ‘no’ I don’t. Every dining experience I bring to you, I am cooking for old friends…I just wish I was invited too.

Food never gets boring! There are so many incredible cooks, chefs and bloggers out there…..I am always learning. Being able to create and develop dishes to suit vegetarian, vegan and strict dietary requirements to safely mix and match each bespoke event is so satisfying.

I am very much looking forward to 2022, as not only will I be continuing with your fine dining experiences but I will also be focusing on my Vintage Wedding Afternoon Teas which are incredible tasty!
