Special Day Food...

Another week has flown by …. Where does the time go??

It’s been a busy time here at Fine Dining with Liz, as I am concentrating on creating menus for that special christening and couldn’t resist these little baby feet biscuits, they look so pretty and taste pretty good too.

You may want something as simple as a selection of homemade cakes and cupcakes; or freshly made sandwiches with an array of savouries and beautiful homemade mini cakes or even perhaps something of a more traditional buffet with cold meats, salads, quiches etc.

So, when you are thinking about that special day, give me a call.

January Pudding Inspiration

Hello and welcome to my blog! 

I can’t believe its mid-January already and there I was thinking that I would actually have a bit of ‘me’ time after such a busy December, well, it just hasn’t happened! 

Which I am thankful for, as it just shows, people love having dinner parties; there is always a ‘birthday bash’, or a ‘just having friends over’ and so, there is always room for a chef in your kitchen! 

These photos show one of my favourite desserts which I prepared on the night for a lovely weekend party…Cointreau Souffles, with boozy fruit and double cream.
