Taste Testing Tuesday......

First of all I can’t thank you all enough for your support …its been a great weekend selling-out of my Father’s Day chocolate brownies boxes……….chocolate orange.. not just for Christmas… chocolate rolo…..indulgent………..chocolate raspberry & marshmallow ……gorgeous ……..and my kitchen smelt amazing too!

I had the pleasure of making some special cake boxes for people on the move….we can now travel further and meet friends for a walk…so why not take a Cake Box with you or even an Afternoon Tea??

June is my favourite month, the lavender is lush and not only is it my birthday…but also some lovely friends are Geminis too and for a very special young lady I made a bespoke cake box just for her…..

Today I am planning this weekend’s cake boxes and as ‘al fresco’ is on people’s agendas… I thought why not make some pavlovas. These are tricky, meringue is sensitive..it falls apart and goes as sticky as marshmallow…sounds good to me!
